Privacy Policy
Effective November 1, 2026
Truuvox LLC ("Truuvox", "we", "us") makes software for small businesses, including Abloom Lawn. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. It covers our websites and every Truuvox product. The first part applies to all of them. The Products part near the end adds what is specific to each product.
The short version
- We collect what we need to run our products, and nothing for advertising.
- We don't sell or rent your information, or your customers' information.
- We never share mobile phone numbers or text message opt-in information with anyone for their marketing.
- You can ask us to show, fix, export or delete your information at any time.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google, and nothing else from your Google account.
- Business details: your business name, its time zone, and the people you invite to your account.
- Alert settings: a mobile number, if you choose to get text alerts, and which alerts you want.
- Billing details: your plan, billing address, business tax id if you add one, and billing history. Payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Waitlist and free tools: if you join a waitlist or ask us to email you a free tool's results, your email address, the results, and anything else you choose to fill in, such as your business name, its size and the software you use.
- Messages: what you send us when you email us, call us or ask for support.
Information from software you connect
Some of our products work with business software you already use. When you connect that software, we receive the information you authorize, as described for each product below.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device details: your IP address, browser and device type, pages you use, and security logs.
- Error reports: when something breaks, a report of what went wrong, without your form contents or cookies.
- Cookies and similar storage: only what keeps you signed in and remembers your settings. If we measure visits to our websites, we use a privacy-friendly service that sets no cookies and doesn't track you across sites. We don't use advertising cookies or let ad networks track you.
2. How we use information
- To provide our products and do what you ask them to do.
- To send the emails and texts you asked for, such as sign-in links, alerts, receipts and service notices.
- To bill you for paid plans.
- To answer support requests.
- To keep our products secure, prevent fraud and fix problems.
- To understand how our products are used so we can improve them.
- To follow the law and enforce our Terms of service.
We don't build advertising profiles, and we don't use your information, or your customers' information, for advertising. We don't use it to train artificial intelligence models.
3. Information from Google
If you sign in with Google, we use your name, email address and profile picture only to create your account, sign you in and show who is signed in. We don't ask for access to your Gmail, contacts, calendar, files or any other Google data. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We don't sell it, use it for advertising, or let people read it except with your permission, for security, or when the law requires.
4. How we share information
We don't sell or rent personal information. We share it only in these cases:
- Service providers that run parts of our products for us and may use the information only to do that work: hosting (Render), database and sign-in (Supabase), sign-in with Google (Google), payments (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), text message delivery (Twilio) and error reports (Sentry). When we measure website visits, that service receives page views without cookies.
- Weather forecasts. To warn about rain, we send map coordinates of service locations to the U.S. National Weather Service. We don't send names or contact details.
- Software you connect, when you ask a product to send changes back to it.
- Legal reasons, when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users, the public or Truuvox.
- Business transfers, if Truuvox is merged or sold. The new owner would have to keep following this policy for information collected under it.
- With your permission, in any other case.
5. Text messages
Some of our products send text messages to people who have agreed to get them. There are two kinds:
- Service texts, such as rain alerts, a notice that a visit has moved, or an answer to a message you sent. These need agreement to get texts from us or from the business that serves you.
- Marketing texts, such as an offer of an add-on service. These go only to people who have separately agreed to get them. Agreeing to marketing texts is never a condition of buying anything.
Mobile phone numbers and text message opt-in information are used only to send and answer those messages, and to keep a record of who agreed and who opted out.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing in this policy, and this information will not be shared with any third parties. The only exception is our text message delivery provider, which receives numbers solely to deliver messages.
Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop texts, or HELP for help. The text message terms explain more.
6. How long we keep information
- We keep your account information while your account is open.
- When you disconnect software you connected, we delete its access keys at once and the information we read from it within 30 days. You can ask for it to be deleted at once instead.
- A record of the changes you approved, and our security log, are kept for up to 2 years so you can see what happened, with your customers' names and addresses removed once the rest is deleted.
- We keep the list of people who asked us not to email or text them, so we keep honoring that request, and we keep text opt-in records as long as the law requires.
- We keep billing records as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Copies in our providers' backups are removed as those backups expire.
7. How we protect information
All traffic to our products is encrypted with HTTPS. Data is stored with providers that encrypt it at rest. Each business's data is kept separate, and only the people on that business's account can see it, with the role the owner gives them. Access keys for connected software are encrypted, stay on our servers and are never sent to your browser. We don't write customers' emails or phone numbers to our logs. No system is perfectly secure, so if we learn of a breach that affects your information, we'll tell you as the law requires.
8. Where information is stored
We store information in the United States.
9. Your choices and rights
- You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal information. Email us at hello@truuvox.com.
- You can stop texts by replying STOP. You can stop emails, other than sign-in links, receipts and account notices, with the unsubscribe link in them or in your settings.
- You can disconnect connected software at any time.
We'll answer within 45 days. If we turn down your request, you can ask us to look at it again by replying to our answer. We won't treat you differently for using any of these rights. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your local law, and we'll honor them.
10. Your customers' information
When a business uses our products to work with information about its own customers, such as names, addresses, phone numbers and the work it does for them, we handle that information on the business's behalf and follow its instructions. The business decides what is collected and is responsible for having the right to use it, including any consent its customers must give. If you are a customer of a business that uses our products, please contact that business with questions or requests. We'll help them answer you.
11. Children
Our products are made for businesses and are not meant for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
12. Products
Each product below follows everything above. This part adds what each product does with information.
Abloom Lawn
Abloom Lawn (https://abloomhq.com) helps lawn care businesses manage recurring work. It works with the field service software account the business uses to run its jobs.
- What it reads: after the business owner authorizes the connection, Abloom Lawn reads the account through its official connection: clients (names, phone numbers, email and service addresses), properties, jobs, visits, quotes, requests, invoices, the products and services the business sells, its team members, and its custom fields. It keeps a copy up to date so it can run checks and show reports quickly.
- What it writes: it sends changes back to that account only after someone on the business's account has seen a preview and approved it, such as moving visits for rain or updating recurring jobs.
- Why: to show the business reviews and reports, flag work that needs attention, and run the tools it chooses.
- Weather: to warn about rain, it sends map coordinates of service locations to the U.S. National Weather Service, never names or contact details.
- Owner and team alerts: if someone on the account adds a mobile number and opts in, Abloom Lawn texts them alerts such as rain warnings. It also emails alerts and a weekly summary, which they can turn off.
- Client messages: if the business turns them on, Abloom Lawn sends texts and emails to the business's clients for the business, using the contact details in its account. These include notices that a visit has moved or a price is changing and, only for clients who have separately agreed to get offers, questions about add-on services. Replies go to the business. Each client can reply STOP to any text.
- Disconnecting: the owner can disconnect Abloom Lawn in its settings, or in the field service software account, at any time. Abloom Lawn then deletes its access keys at once and the information it read within 30 days, or at once if the owner asks in settings.
- Support: support@abloomhq.com
When we add a product, we'll add its section here before it collects any information.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date. If a change is significant, we'll also tell account owners by email before it takes effect.
